Summary​​

  • We do not provide any warranties or guarantees on data accuracy or service performance. However, we do use robust data validation practices and are responsive to all customer support requests.

  • We (and some services we use) collect both non-personal and personal information for the smooth operation of our service.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, we retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that we hold in our content.

  • All fees for services are non-refundable unless explicitly specified.

  • Due to the nature of content creation we may waive some rights for specific customers and/or specific content. In particular companies that want to take ownership of our API data for future usage need to establish an agreement with us.

​As a general principle, your granting of any consent and your provision of any Personal Information hereunder is entirely voluntary; there are generally no detrimental effects on you if you choose not to consent or to provide Personal Information. However, there are circumstances in which Datasheet Crawler cannot take action without certain Personal Information, for example because this Personal Information is required to deliver API content or process part number lists. In these cases, it will unfortunately not be possible for Datasheet Crawler to provide you with what you request without the relevant Personal Information.

Please note that Datasheet Crawler has affiliates and third-party service providers within, as well as outside of, the European Economic Area (the "EEA"). As a consequence, whenever Datasheet Crawler is using or otherwise processing your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, Datasheet Crawler may transfer your Personal Information to countries outside of the EEA including to such countries in which a statutory level of data protection applies that is not comparable to the level of data protection within the EEA. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature, but if you do not wish to receive these announcements, you have the option to terminate the Account you may have with us. You understand that any termination of your Account may involve deletion of your Account information (and associated Content) from our live databases and all the information and data stored for such Account in the Datasheet Crawler Offerings. Modifying and deleting your personal information

In the event that Datasheet Crawler chooses to cancel Your service for reasons other than Your breach of contract, You will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of Your current contract term.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided elsewhere in the Terms, the Services are provided by Datasheet Crawler to You on an "as is" and "as available" basis and no warranty or representation (express or implied) of any kind are given in connection with these Terms including as to satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. Datasheet Crawler gives no warranty or representation that:

- the Services will meet Your requirements;
- the Services will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis; or
- any results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate, complete or current.
